1. Delete from the App
Inside the Pocket Freight & Trade app:
- Go to User - Profile - Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
This will permanently remove your account and associated Pocket Freight & Trade data.
2. If You Cannot Access the App
You can also request deletion using the contact form on this website. Please include the email address associated with your Pocket Freight & Trade account so we can identify your data.
3. What Data Is Deleted
- Your account details including name, email address, phone number and profile information.
- Company, team, driver and vehicle information linked to your account.
- Job, route, delivery and planning data.
- Proof of delivery data including signatures, photos, notes and attachments.
- Uploaded files, documents and chat attachments.
- FTCoin balance and usage history, except where limited records must be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
4. Retention Period
Once your deletion request has been confirmed, your account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
